Recruiting Team Lead
This is a rare opportunity for a Recruiting leader to join our award-winning Talent team in Atlassian (#1 Great Place to Work - Asia 2015). We’re looking for a new Recruiting Manager to bring new ideas, implement our recruiting innovations and work to continuously improve our global hiring processes. You’ll lead a team of 5+ Recruiting Specialists & Associates and help them to achieve amazing things. If you are someone who can develop strong relationships across the organization, work collaboratively with colleagues, and be the driver of positive change within your team that this role may just be made for you.

You'll have the freedom to develop new initiatives and roll out new programs internally, so this role is perfect for someone who wants to push the boundaries on how hiring done.
More About You
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 2+ years leading a recruiting team
- Track record of creating and sustaining a positive team environment where growth is encouraged and ideas are heard
- Experience with identifying useful metrics, load balancing, meeting productivity benchmarks, and designing service level agreements (SLAs) with your team
- Passion for solving recruiting challenges and an understanding of people programs (compensation, talent development, performance, and more)
- Interest in working collaboratively with people across the business
