We are looking for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to help us guide candidates through a world-class application experience. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day recruiting efforts within the parameters of our larger global recruitment strategy. As Candidate Experience Coordinator, you will manage and support recruitment processes; format and post open positions to relevant sources; respond to recruitment-related email and phone inquiries; perform data entry, track applicant status and ensure the resume/hiring database is updated and current. You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews as requested. You should have a proven ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities, work with a high sense of urgency and build strong, productive relationships.
On your first day we will expect you to have...
- Experience handling high volume requests and understanding the importance of prioritizing - your favorite t-shirt says, "I've already done that"
- Superior customer service skills
- The ability to take initiative; you should be resourceful in hunting for information and unafraid to ask questions
- Excellent attention to detail, including accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Strong follow-up skills; keeps all the balls in the air
It's admired, but not required, for you to have:
- Experience with MS Office proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint required and experience in creating forms and templates
- Prior hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, applicant tracking systems, etc.)
