Atlassian's marketing team is looking for a collaborative, resourceful and detail-oriented individual with a "get stuff done" approach and attitude to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across the Atlassian product suite.
If you’re passionate about marketing, thrive on variety, and are at home managing details, you’ll be a great fit for the Program Manager role. Responsible for contributing to Atlassian's growth, you’ll partner with product marketing, design, communications and web teams to execute go to market strategies. You'll be working with internal teams to optimize the content plan, measure and report on results, and manage operational cadence. This is a great role for someone who wants an opportunity to learn from a talented cross-functional marketing team.
More about you
On your first day, we'll expect you to have
3-5 years of proven successful marketing experience working in a high volume, fast growing organization(s)
- Experience planning & executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management skills
- Understanding of marketing performance metrics and ability to measure and optimize the ROI of marketing campaigns
- A self-starter attitude and a bias towards action
Ability to develop strong relationships within marketing and across oceans with product teams in APAC & EMEA
- Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage complex projects as a self-starter
It's great, but not required, if you have
- Strong interest in Atlassian products and/or software development practices
- B2B software marketing background or developer marketing background
- Email systems, Google analytics and other marketing tools
- SQL skills a big bonus

You’ll drive content creation for our web assets. You will become the campaign analytics guru on the team, pushing the team to ensure that they are maximizing ROI by channel.
