Atlassian is seeking an Online Marketing Manager to grow our paid display channels for Atlassian. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, feels invigorated by multi-tasking, strives to meet high standards, raises the bar on teams and on projects, and uses their knowledge and expertise to make a huge impact across the organization. At the core, you are data driven and use data to make decisions.
You will use full paid display media tactics to drive new user acquisition for Atlassian products. As our hands-on paid display media marketing expert, you will be working closely with the paid performance team and will be responsible for handling and scaling our paid display campaigns.

- Be responsible for monitoring performance of our paid display campaigns, constantly optimizing the efficiency and scale of our campaigns
- Inform, launch, and measure all paid display media experiments
- Dive deep into reporting which includes, but not limited to, bids, device, audience segments, geo and demo targets, and creative, etc.
- Work closely with the broader Paid Performance Marketing Team to implement full-funnel user acquisition strategies
- Analyze large data sets and generate thoughtful, actionable reports
On the first day, we'll expect you to have
- Campaign management, measurement, optimization and reporting in your DNA
- 3 - 5 years of experience in paid display media, balancing campaigns across multiple devices, audience segmentation, analytics, reporting and testing
- Familiarity with ad server and Demand-side platforms.
- Proficiency with all major paid display media
- Strong analytical skills
- A positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude

- A true love for what you do, and a desire to make your team better in all aspects
It's great, but not required, if you have
- Experience with data presentation and visualization using Tableau
- SQL/database knowledge and basic knowledge of query creation
- Experience with creative development
- Experience differentiating subscription vs free SaaS product messaging
- Knowledge of tracking and tagging technologies
