Marketing Manager, Talent Brand
Atlassian's Talent team is looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about technology, teamwork, and the technology of teamwork. This person will understand the merging worlds of marketing and talent acquisition and be able to navigate through both. Working as a key part of the Talent Acquisition team, your focus will be on furthering the reach of the Atlassian talent brand. Atlassian's culture and talent brand are two of our prized possessions and as we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who can help take us to the next level with our most important audience: software developers.
You'll be responsible for attracting great engineering talent and furthering the Atlassian talent brand within the software development community by creating impactful content, managing hiring events, and creating a digital presence that provides an in-depth look at our engineering culture. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally to create meaningful content and launch targeted campaigns that position Atlassian as an employer of choice amongst software developers (in Silicon Valley and around the world).
Of course, the creative bit is only half the fun. Our ideal candidate would be able to measure and track the effectiveness of their efforts and continually optimize and adjust their approach based on findings. We think Atlassian has a pretty special team and it'll be your job to show potential engineering candidates what it's like to develop software as a part of that team.
More about you
- You have 3+ years of marketing or talent acquisition experience, preferably in technology
- Ideally you'll have previous experience developing technical content or talent attraction in the engineering/technology space
- You have a passion for creativity and storytelling
- You've got a proven ability in communicating to internal and external audience as well as excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
- Your unique ability to think strategically and get things done (sometimes within the same day) often baffles those around you
- You're comfortable managing large numbers of competing priorities and changing directions quickly
