Your Purpose at ATI:

Partner with business leaders to build high performance teams, facilitate talent processes and activate the ATI team member experience. You'll be an integral part of the HR team and directly plugged in to collaborate across our Corporate Teams.

You are the conduit to how we deploy talent programs, partner with leadership to run plays that jazz up employees. This will require you to invest energy in becoming a trusted advisor who partners in new ways with their customers, be comfortable in managing across multiple initiatives, and in some cases use creativity to build new solves.

What's Cool About This Job:

You will be running plays and focusing on work to jazz-up ATI Team Members including the following:

-Create the ATI Team Member experience ("Grow With Us", "Make a Difference" and "Build My Path") for our associates.

-Provide a broad range or support in employee relations, performance management, talent management and organizational communication

-Provide mentoring and career development to team members to strengthen their capabilities, build functional expertise and foster a collaborative ATI Way driven team culture

What You Need to be Successful:

-Be a great HR coach using positive reinforcement, providing clear feedback and follow through

-Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions

-Three to five years of experience in an HR partnering capacity

-Ability to work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention of staff

-Ability to manage up - need to be able to bring a level of though partnership to help solve organizational/talent challenges

-Really strong sense of improvisation; being nimble is key in this environment as we tend to move fast

-Prior management experience a plus; You will manage 1 junior HRBP

-Ability to own a project/process improvement from soup to nuts. Has shown prior experience in building efficiencies on how work gets done and comfortable leading the change management around the process
