You're a CPA or in the process of acquiring and the last several years of your career has been spent in public accounting with 1-3 years of in-charge experience, namely in non-profits, single audits, governmental entities, and privately held companies. POSITION SUMMARY An Audit Senior will know and understand the reason behind the Firm's policies and procedures; be able to function at a high level in a deadline driven, time-sensitive environment and possess technical knowledge sufficient to perform the day-to-day fieldwork on auditing engagements. They are individuals who represents the Firm and exemplifies its goals and values to the clients in every day interactions. They will demonstrate a thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting standards (as set forth by Financial Accounting Standard Board and/or Government Accounting Standards Board), other comprehensive bases of accounting, unique or specialized accounting principles and financial statement presentations. They will also have an understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and common audit procedures and techniques for complex financial statement areas. They are capable of supervising staff and accepting responsibilities for all phases of the attestation engagement.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline

Experience: Minimum 3 years in public accounting firm Auditing

Computer Skills: Proficient with computer and MS Office Suite (especially Excel), Access, Quickbooks, Adobe, Depreciation Solutions, Caseware.

Certifications/Licenses: CPA License
