Claims and Payments BackOffice Team

Claims and Payments BOteam is looking for a strong team player who can work with cross functionalTeams on the requirements. We are the Back Office team, where we areresponsible for processing the claim with the customer and make sure thepayments are sent out to the customers and service centers. We are in themiddle between Call Flow and Fulfillment Teams. At Current time, we aretransforming all of our applications into AWS and newer technologies and usingthis opportunity, to streamline the application flows and re-design to simplifythe business process.

Description:

We are looking for an intern with experience in SystemsDevelopment Lifecycle. Applicants should have excellent analytical, withthe ability to work in teams.

Throughout the 10-week,40hr/week internship, the intern will work with software developmentprofessionals and will receive training/guidance from these professionals whileworking on exciting and valuable projects. If the intern performs well throughout the internship, there will beopportunities for fulltime employment once the intern graduates.

Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills andability to provide deliverables in time sensitive projects.

Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professionalgrowth.

Classroom knowledge of software developmentlifecycle methodologies.

Proficientin Microsoft Suite Office.

Nice to have:

SharePoint,Jira.

Ability tolearn new technologies.

Enthusiasmfor problem solving and risk analysis

Good understandingof requirements analysis and documentation and data process flows

Preferred Majors:

Computer Science, Network Engineering, Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Work with Project Managers and other crossfunctional Business Analysts to identify and document application issues andenhancements.

Assist with prioritizing projects, timelines andworkflows for software development teams.

Communicate effectively with developers andbusiness owners.

Gain comprehension of existing deploymentprocess and engineer automation where possible.Research existing data and process flowand identify changes needed according to requirement.
