Here'swhat you'll bring to the team:

  • Drivinga team of talented Technical Leads and Designers to predict and resolve painpoints across the customer lifecycle through the creation of a deep empathywith clients and your own product vision & key performance indicators witha goal to introduce new products and or improve existing products
  • Owningthe team's Key Performance Indicators and using them as the North Star to guideall team decisions. Making product decisions based on whatever will havethe greatest impact on your KPIs, not by what is on a roadmap.
  • Findingsolutions to improve the experience of our Soluto agents by creating tools forthem to be as prepared and efficient as possible in order to give our customersthe best possible experience
  • Developing'MVP Tests' to prove (or disprove) your product hypothesis and demonstrate a'Test & Learn' mindset within your Product Team
  • UtilizingMixpanel and Big Data to generate actionable product insights
  • Havea technical acumen that allows for a complete understanding of the fundamentaltechnologies driving the competitive landscape as well as within the Asurionecosystem, and know how to leverage technology and systems to gain clear marketadvantages
  • Demonstratethe interpersonal skills to interface well with all other disciplines of thebusiness at an Executive, managerial level, as well as a front line team level

Qualifications (You are the right applicant if…)

  • Bachelor'sDegree required; MBA or other Master's Degree preferred
  • Youwant to master the craft of Product Management and help others do the same
  • Youhave 5 years of product management, software development, or other relevantexperience
  • Experiencedelivering web-based apps required; experience delivering consumer mobile apps(Android and iOS) a plus
  • Youget excited by utilizing data to make decisions and measure success yet canbalance data with great intuition and customer knowledge
  • Youlove talking to your customers to understand their needs and pain points, andknow how to turn that information into product features
  • Youare ready to lead a highly visible project with potential impact of millions ofdollars to the company
  • Mixpanelexperience highly desired
  • Experiencewith communication platforms highly desired
  • Youknow when to move fast and when to pause before taking action
  • Youenjoy leading cross-functional teams and people like working with you
  • Experienceworking with engineers in an agile software development environment
  • Youare comfortable communicating complex business and technical issues and haveexecutive presence
  • Youbring an entrepreneurial mindset to your product endeavors
  • Youhave strong empathy for your customers
  • 10-20%domestic/international travel required
