Asurion partners with leading Telecommunication and Retail companies around the world to help customers get the most out of their technology. We have dedicated teams that work closely with key clients to market our products & services, enhance the customer experience, and continuously develop innovative offerings. The Client Marketing Strategy team works across all these teams to help drive critical client initiatives. Our charter includes defining the strategic approach for client growth, supporting the sell-in of new products and capabilities, and optimizing marketing efforts using analytical insights.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented professional to join the team as the Senior Manager of Client Marketing Strategy. This individual will serve as a marketing and strategy advisor within the organization. He or she will partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to support the execution of key growth priorities for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Create strategic storytelling material for external and internal stakeholders
  • Define the optimal growth strategy for our clients
  • Develop financial models / analyses to support decision making
  • Craft meaningful insights to help facilitate executive level discussions on key strategic issues
  • Interact and communicate effectively with various levels of management
  • Develop as an effective thought leader, advisor, and problem solver in evaluating performance trends and recommending action plans to improve results

  • You have experience working effectively in Excel
  • You have 7+ years post-undergrad business experience in a channel marketing, product management, sales strategy, or consulting role
  • You have a Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or analytical field; MBA is preferred
