Sr. Financial Analyst - SCM

PrimaryResponsibilities:

The Sr. Analyst of Financial Planning and Analysis,Supply Chain Management will fill a key role within the Finance organization.This position will have primary responsibility for the critical financialanalysis, oversight, and partnership with a leader in the FP&Aorganization, to assist with business decisions based on fact-based financialdata and analytics. The ideal candidate will have exceptional financial competence,strong business acumen, deep knowledge of financial analysis tools andtechniques and critical thinking proficiency. This candidate must beself-sufficient and confident in their ability to help the company deliver onits long-term business model. Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key business partner to Supply ChainOperations, Corporate Finance, and Program Management
  • Use various reporting tools and analysistechniques to turn data into accurate and relevant information for end users
  • Forecasting and planning of key performanceindicators
  • Consistent and accurate financial, statistical,& KPI reporting
  • Coordinate flow of information and assimilatedata necessary to prepare required reporting
  • Deliver all aspects of financial planning,forecasting, analytics, and reporting to include monthly actual and annualoperating plans in support of Supply Chain Management
  • Promote the company's Core Values and adherenceto those values

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of academic andprofessional excellence
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a high growthenvironment with similar responsibilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance orAccounting. MBA, CPA, CMA viewed favorably
  • Strong PC skills including a high proficiency inMicrosoft Excel including pivot table, advanced formulas, etc. SQLexperience highly preferred
  • Financial planning, data mining, and modelingexpertise
  • Knowledge of accounting systems, businessanalysis, and reporting tools
  • Position requires a strong verbal & writtencommunication skill set and the ability to communicate well with all levels ofmanagement as well as across various disciplines
  • A self-directed individual with a strong abilityto manage ambiguity and who adapts readily and easily to changes in prioritiesand business conditions
  • Ability to excel in working within an open, flexible,results-oriented, performance based environment
  • Ability to maintain multiple/overlappingdeadlines and deliver in a timely order
