Sr. Financial Analyst of Finance Systems

This position is responsible for monthly maintenance of the general ledger module of Dynamics Axapta accounting system, supporting the BlackLine account reconciliation software, support projects for the Concur travel & expense software as well as involvement in the global data governance process.

Ultimately, the Sr. Financial Analyst's own success will reflect his or her contributions to the overall achievement of the Finance organization's goals.   • Maintains existing Microsoft Dynamics AX (DAX) general ledger module metadata
  • Uses the internally developed Global Metadata Approval System (SharePoint) to carry out approved metadata changes accurately and timely for all instances of DAX
  • Review and audit global financial metadata to ensure systems are in sync
  • Support the BlackLine account reconciliation software
  • Research and gather requirements to translate business needs, issues, and ideas into effective strategies and action plans
  • Prepares application documentation for both end users and administrators where applicable
  • Contributor to the major upgrade of DAX and maintaining of Central DAX
  • Involvement in continuous improvement of Central DAX, the global metadata approval system, Concur and BlackLine
  • Support accounting staff using above mentioned software around the world
  • Work with Finance and IT to achieve Company goals
