TheManager, Service & Repair supervises and coordinates activities of Cellphone RepairTechnicians. You'll manage techs across multiple retail locations whileensuring that production and quality standards are achieved.

What will you do?

  • Manage Cellphone Repair Techniciansand Lead Technicians responsible for repair work at retail stores.
  • Deliver in-field technicaltraining to enhance technical expertise of the teams
  • Measure effectiveness ofservice and repair functions to determine if performance standards have been met.
  • Develop employees to insurethey have a clear understanding of performance metrics.
  • Develop, plan, and implementcontinuous process improvements in labor efficiency, labor utilization, andtotal operating costs.
  • Manage parts inventory forrespective store locations.

If you're a good fit for the job, you'll have:

  • Bachelor'sdegree and two years related work experience or Associate's degree and four –six years related work experience
  • Twoyears of supervisory experience
  • Prior experience motivating and coaching employees
  • Technical experience in assembling and/or dissembling electronicdevices preferred.
  • Priorexperience training others on technical repair work
  • Strongoral and written communication skills
  • Strongteamwork and collaboration skills
  • Basicknowledge of Microsoft Office
