What you will be doing:

The Manager, Everyday Leadership is responsible for collaborating on the development and implementation of coaching and leadership development for people leaders across the enterprise. The position oversees an enterprise-wide program that implements training, upholds coaching standards, and drives performance to create a world-class coaching environment. The incumbent will also lead cross-functional projects responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a program spanning both domestic and international geographies that implements and drives performance through coaching and leadership development programs
  • Continually analyze leader performance and collaboratively develop coaching strategies to address behaviors
  • Facilitate classroom or web-based exercises to promote leadership development and performance management
  • Provide ad-hoc facilitation, strategy sessions, and performance planning services
  • Coordinate and execute ongoing technical training and personal development classes for all leaders across the company
  • Build processes to measure and communicate short-term and mid-term impact on coaching effectiveness and progression as key business goals
  • Teach and manage leadership certification framework and curriculum to deepen leadership expertise beyond baseline training
  • Coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual training to ensure proper dissemination of training throughout all levels of the organization

Here's what you'll bring to the team:
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
  • Track and analyze performance measurements on training effectiveness
  • Knowledge of Asurion principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions as well as finding relationships among seemingly unrelated events
  • Experience working autonomously in an ambiguous environment while still driving results and meeting deadlines
  • Strong relationship building skills and superior ability to influence others by demonstrating a high degree of collaboration with peers and key stakeholders at all levels
  • Must be skilled in leading diverse and geographically dispersed work teams
  • Capable of working in an autonomous, fast paced environment yet still set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Successfully manage multiple strategic and analytic projects concurrently
  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years' experience with administrative duties including tracking and managing data
  • 4+ years people leadership or training experience a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
  • Ability to develop content a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
