PrimaryResponsibilities:
Processclaims submitted to Asurion by customers and use excellent customer serviceabilities while assisting the customer. Substantiate documentation from service centers, police departments,insurance companies, etc. Applyappropriate business rules (adjudicate claims) to the documentation submittedto Asurion for payment and enter this information into the proper claims module(Blue Streak, AS400, Oracle, Pega, etc). Help to identify proper avenues for customers and those who are notfiling properly so that they can be coached.

Essential Duties:
- Evaluateall claims for accuracy and completeness
- Adjudicateclaims based on internal, insurance, and client driven guidelines
- Issueclear, effective, and accurate communications to internal and externalcustomers
- Conductall interactions with internal and external customers in a positive andprofessional manner
- Assistin the dissemination of accurate information regarding Claims Departmentprocesses within corporate departments
- Reportproblems and provide alternate solutions to Supervisor
- Effectivelyplan and manage own workload
- Abilityto work alone or in a team setting

Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Excellentcommunication skills (written and verbal)
- PCexperience required
- Demonstratedsuccess in the area of multi-tasking and time management
- Abilityto recognize and improve work processes
- Accountingexperience a plus
