What you will be doing:

The Field Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and oversight of our field technicians. The Field Manager will also ensure the highest quality customer experience by providing guidance, coaching, and training to a team of field technicians.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurate daily, weekly and monthly documentation/reporting of service tickets and installations
  • Installation Job and service call scheduling of field personnel
  • Ensure assigned installers achieve complete customer satisfaction 100% of the time by performing work in a professional, timely and approved manner
  • Meet with assigned installers/service techs weekly to review standards, goals, QC results and performance metrics
  • Oversight of work vehicles including maintenance schedules
  • Inventory oversight of field equipment and supplies
  • Follow and enforce the Company's policies and procedures, including the Field Operation guidelines and safety
  • Use mobile applications to facilitate installations and service calls
  • Accompany installers to complete installations and repairs using power and hand instruments



Here's what you'll bring to the team:
  • Three (3) + years' experience in installation of Cable TV, Satellite TV or Alarm industry
  • Three (3) + years' experience in network installation
  • Two (2) + years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to move up to 65 pounds
  • Ability to work off the ground on ladders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Bilingual is a big plus
  • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative team member with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
  • Good verbal communications and writing skills
  • Maintains valid driver's license and driving record that always meets company standards
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Work is performed in indoor and outdoor settings with regular exposure to extreme cold, heat, direct sunlight, dirt, hazardous electrical equipment, wiring, instruments, and underground and elevated heights
  • May require working long hours and on-call during afterhours and weekends
