Talent Management Programs Lead

The Talent Management team at Asana focuses on creating experiences in service of enabling our Asanas to be their best selves, managers, leaders, and teams.  We’re looking for an experienced Talent Management Programs Lead who is passionate about making work better through building scalable human centric programs and processes at work. What you’ll achieve

Lead the execution of core processes across the Talent Management portfolio including performance management, employee engagement survey, and talent planning.

Partner with our Learning and Development lead to optimize offerings for employees, managers, leaders, and teams to enable high impact on Talent Management processes.

Alongside Head of Talent Management, evolve internal processes and programs for scale, sustainability, and to drive ongoing growth and impact of Asanas

Communicate the goals and best practices of Talent Management processes and programs internally at Asana via written, verbal, facilitated delivery of information

Consult with functional and cross-functional partners on a wide range of Talent Management processes to streamline and optimize employee experience and participation in these programs 

Continually evaluate and assess existing Asana talent and learning needs along with key stakeholders in order to surface areas for improvement or new opportunities 

About you

You are a self-starter and leader comfortable with content creation and process building on various Talent Management workstreams

You are biased towards action and getting things done and prioritize progress over perfection: solving problems for our existing reality (vs. optimizing for the ideal) 

You are organized, end-to-end process oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats 

Expertise in organizational development, talent management, learning & development space including familiarity with traditional and progressive thought leadership in this space and the ability to provide strategic and proactive guidance that helps Asana succeed

8+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years experience designing talent management processes and programs focused on performance, feedback, and talent planning
