Sales Operations Program Lead

With more teams, more initiatives, more complexity, and more tools and systems, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Program Lead that can help provide Asana’s Sales Organization with a world-class support experience while orchestrating the launch of new programs, teams, and initiatives!

  • Working with cross-functional partners across sales, customer success, marketing, finance, legal, business technology on key initiatives
  • Getting high-fives (sometimes tears of joy) from sales reps and sales managers as you help them solve their problems
  • Finishing (most) days with an empty inbox (yours and your team’s)
  • Organizing your life and work in a project management or productivity tool like Asana


  • 4-8 years of experience in sales/customer operations, systems administration, or project management
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards and adjusting permissions, validation rules, and workflow rules
  • or equivalent email automation administrative experience
  • Ability to identify gaps or areas of improvement in our overall processes
  • Ability to prioritize their work and team’s work while minimizing distraction
  • Ability to coordinate and manage potentially complex projects cross-functionally
  • Entrepreneurial, problem-solving, “find a way” attitude
  • Growth mindset: An openness to give and receive constructive feedback
  • High levels of integrity
  • Empathy for sales reps
  • A deep, genuine curiosity for the business and how it works

Nice to Haves

  • Previous people management experience
  • Previous experience working with an outsourced team via TaskUs, UpWork, Accenture or equivalent
  • Previous experience working on a high velocity, high output team like a support, SDR, or an inbound sales team with learnings to help build a similar program
  • Previous experience working with kanban or scrum methodologies
