Global Revenue Operations Manager

In order for us to serve these customers, our sales team is growing rapidly in the US and also internationally. With more teams, more initiatives, more complexity, and more tools and systems, we’re looking for a Global Sales Operations Manager that can help provide Asana’s Sales Organization with a world-class support experience while orchestrating the launch of new programs, teams, and initiatives!

Accomplished in the first 18 months:

Recruit, build, manage, and develop:

  • A systems admin team that works with IT and Business Systems to enable our GTM teams with world class tooling
  • A revenue attainment analyst team that works with our finance team & our Head of Compensation to report and manage quotas, revenue attainment, and changes to capacity or staffing
  • A deal desk team that works with our sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to help accelerate complex deal cycles while ensuring compliance and standardization
  • A project management office that successfully executes global org-wide changes and process improvements

Built a successful partnership with an offshore sales operations program that’ll work on data hygiene, CRM enrichment, and operational efficiency projects

Successfully supported a Salesforce re-architecture and deployment of a new marketing automation tool

Worked with sales & marketing leadership to build operating plans for key company initiatives

Build new or optimize existing processes that help accelerate business velocity and scale with our rapid growth

Work cross-functionally with the sales enablement and sales analytics/strategy teams to build long-term roadmaps that keep pace with our ambitious growth plans  

Must-Haves:

  • Experience working with technical teams to architect sales systems for hypergrowth
  • Ability to identify gaps or areas of improvement in our overall processes across all regions and lines of business

Project Management Experience

  • Ability to coordinate and spearhead change management initiatives across the organization
  • Ability to prioritize their work and team’s work to deliver projects on-time
