Enterprise Sales Trainer

We are looking for a driven, energetic and empathetic Enterprise Trainer to join our Global Sales Enablement Team! This role will belong to our Sales Excellence Pillar, in which you will be focused on driving adoption and application of our Sales Methodology, Process and GTM Plays for our Global Enterprise Sales team. You are driven by increasing efficiency and effectiveness across the team, ensuring predictability and standardization of Sales behavior, and investing in the professional development of our more senior sellers. You are highly solutions-oriented, agile, compassionate, and eager to cultivate a robust educational and training program for our Enterprise teams. Above all, you are exceptionally passionate about directly working hands on with our team to cultivate and accelerate their growth as sales professionals.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Coaching Assistance: Support the Enterprise team by shadowing customer meetings and providing coaching feedback around territory management, account planning, solution selling, executive positioning, etc
  • Sales Academy: Help define our Enterprise learning curriculum as well as reinforce formal selling techniques, methodologies and best practices 
  • Gap Analysis & Thought Partner: Conduct needs assessment across our team, develop effective educational plans and execute on delivery of training to address those gaps
  • Support throughout OnBoarding: Play a vital role in ensuring our new hires are hitting ramp goals from the start by providing an Enterprise-specific learning track 
  • Field Enablement Support: Provide onsite visits & scalable learning resources to our growing Enterprise Sales field presence 

Work cross-functionally with:

  • Global Enterprise Sales to help share insights and align on areas of improvement for quarterly enablement initiatives 
  • Dedicated Customer Success leaders to understand how our account teams can work together more effectively  
  • Strategy and Analytics to determine ramp attainment schedule, success of sales execution and potential gaps from our data insights 
  • Coordinate and Collaborate with our EMEA Enablement Lead to align and prioritize training initiatives across the European Enterprise teams 
  • Global Enablement counterparts to align on and execute priority training initiatives, diagnose and provide recommended training curriculum to regional leads 

About you:

  • 2-5 years of Enterprise sales experience
  • Experience in SaaS, seat-based commercial model
  • Experience in understanding the buying journey with IT / Procurement / Legal
  • Understanding of Enterprise customer lifecycle
  • Experience in launching and implementing new training or coaching programs
  • Embraces new challenges with confidence, curiosity and an open-mind
  • Ability to execute under swift deadlines - must love moving fast and being flexible
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset
  • (Nice to have) Experience working with or supporting international teams
  • (Nice to have) Technical background or familiarity with various tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Looker, etc)
