Summary:

We have an opportunity for a Treasury Systems Manager in our Englewood, CO location. In this key position, the incumbent will implement and manage all treasury systems, including Arrow’s treasury workstation, derivatives trading and settlement systems, and treasury / financial information systems. The incumbent will lead the strategic direction of Arrow’s treasury systems in conjunction with treasury leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global implementation of the GTreasury workstation, including the following modules:
  • Cash management
  • Funds transfer
  • Financial instruments
  • Accounting
  • Banking (fee analysis, e-statements, and bank account administration)
  • Develop and maintain interfaces between the treasury workstation and multiple ERP systems for both pushing electronic funds transfer instructions to banks, and posting cash entries back to the ERPs
  • Provides treasury systems expertise to senior management and functional leaders to support business decisions
  • Manages special treasury systems-related projects and ad-hoc requests to satisfy business needs
  • Manages treasury systems audits to ensure regulatory (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.) compliance
  • Manages treasury systems maintenance to mitigate systems’ errors and failures
  • Facilitates treasury system developments and improvements to streamline systems, implement effective automation, and achieve cost efficiencies
  • Oversees strategic plan implementation and execution to ensure systemic objectives are realized
  • Ensures systems’ contingency plans are developed and tested to mitigate operational interruptions and risk factors

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of large multi-national corporate financial systems experience
  • Strong project management skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently, sourcing the resources and answers to develop sophisticated treasury systems strategies
  • Detailed knowledge of corporate treasury systems, such as treasury workstations, f/x trading platforms, and the Bloomberg terminal
  • Ability to prepare and present concise, efficient analysis of financial data to senior management
  • 6+ years of large multi-national corporate financial systems experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Finance
  • CTP desirable
  • MBA or CFA valuable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with treasury systems
  • Experience with GTreasury system management and/or implementation
