The Resource Manager is responsible for the supervision of both field roving and on site technicians, and as such is responsible for between 25-30 direct reports.


  • Managing the technicians’ schedules to include training, work requests, vehicle inventories, vacation, on call time and all matters related to technician productivity.
  • Being first level of escalation for customers regarding open service or MAC tickets and resolving any customer issues with regard to technician performance.
  • Work closely with implementation team in providing resources for project related installs or implementations.
  • Resolving customer billing disputes under $1,000.
  • Conducting regular meetings with technicians to communicate new company guidelines and policies
  • Delivering performance reviews and performance managing employees when required.
  • Overseeing there designated service territory, to include making sure all service and Mac tickets are worked in a timely fashion and that all service SLA levels are being met.
  • Being able to communicate well with customers, technicians, as well as management on an ongoing or reoccurring issues.



4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.

5-7 years supervisory experience
