Software Quality Assurance Analyst III/ Functional Analyst
AX Dynamics Functional Analyst with solid AX functional expertise in Trade & Logistics, Finance Modules to act as Quality Gate for Change requests through to Migrations and is a self-driven, quality focused professional. Primary responsibilities are managing the work for their assigned functional area, writing test plans and scripts, performing testing on new CR's development and changes to existing business applications ensuring compliance to company standards and end-user requirements.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as Functional Analyst in quality and manage all SQA activities on a project including test plans, test scenarios and defects management in collaboration with developers.
  • Reports testing status to the SQA Manager, IT Project Managers and upper management.
  • Reviews business requirements and creates detailed test plans and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.

What We Are Looking For
  • Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or 5 years AX Functional and/or Test work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience on MS Dynamics AX 2009, 2012
  • Minimum 5 years of testing experience on AX Trade & Logistics or Finance modules.
  • Sound knowledge on AX standard business processes, including configuration, Set ups and Test Data management on AX 2012 modules.
  • Reasonable Experience on TFS (Team Foundation Server) especially on Test Hub.
  • Pragmatic thinker comes with high degree of quality mindset from documentation, reports, validations perspective.
  • Broad understanding on AX release processes, impact analysis of functional changes to the existing system/processes, identify potential issues and check points to implement.
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Good in communication both oral and written.
  • Have good experience in working multivendor and culturally varied remote teams.
  • Incumbent has knowledge and experience in own discipline and may still be acquiring higher level knowledge and skills. Incumbent builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of straightforward problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. A moderate level of guidance and direction is provided.
