  • Responsible for the daily sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
  • Service customers by responding quickly and professionally to customers’ requests for information relative to orders, such as order status, requests for confirmations/invoices, expediting or shipping requirements.
  • Partners with customers to proactively anticipate needs, provides assistance accordingly.
  • Backlog management making appropriate changes and update the order status as required.
