We have an excellent opportunity for a Returns Technician, Senior in our Phoenix, AZ location!

The Returns Tech, Senior is responsible for performing the de-integration of returned computer products.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare returned product for disassembly
  • De-integrate product, and identify issues and process defective and non-conforming parts
  • Process and transfer product
  • Perform Eval/Triage repair
  • Troubleshoot complex issues
  • Serve as first level technical escalations for area technicians
  • Perform software loading
  • Perform product testing and system configuration per build plan
  • Order parts
  • Create and apply product labeling
  • Packout
  • Maintain all product documentation
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A+ certification or equivalent education
  • 4 – 7 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to manipulate small parts with fingers
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within timeframes
  • Experience in a computer software manufacturing or integration environment
  • Work well within team and quality driven
  • Experience performing software loads and computer telephony servers and platforms
  • Ability to read English
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturday and Sunday
