Job Description:
Position Overview: As Reverse Logistics Supervisor, you will own and manage all day to day operations while also supporting special projects. This position requires a strong leader and self-starter. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects, teams, individuals and vendors. The supervisor must work within tight deadlines and can manage multiple priority projects at once. Within this role, you will encourage your operators to continue to develop growth and knowledge while building a stronger team on a personal level. You must set high quality standards and communicate those effectively to the team while holding yourself to those same high standards in day to day operations.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Partner with leadership, internal and external teams to drive efficient processes and meet KPI's
  • Computer Hardware Experience (Computer Tech - Hardware, BIOS, Drives, Memory, Etc.)
  • Track and identify recurring problems and create and action plan to address those
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Handle several incoming escalations properly
  • Ensure a consistent and timely completion of all activities
  • Provide guidance, develop new processes, and track performance measurements
  • Own the development, maintenance and revision of reverse logistics processes, templates, and SOP's
  • Ensure proper escalation of any gating issues and follow up in a timely manner
  • Emphasize Lean throughout the workplace
  • Manage vendor operations to meet all metrics
  • Identify issues, dependencies, and key decision points in the process and engage with internal and/or external partners to resolveEducation/Experience:

    Prior Reverse Logistics experience

    Bachelor's Degree preferred

    3+ years management & leadership experience

    Knowledge of warehouse operations

    Proven track record of process improvements

    Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while driving results

    Other Skills:
    Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

    Reporting as needed

    Strong organizational and support skills

    Exceptional interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
