Job Description:
Principal Accountabilities

  • Leading complex cross functional and global payroll projects.
  • Leads payroll project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management-Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Creation of payroll project related process documents.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to payroll project outcomes (for both Project Management and Green Belt disciplines).
  • Assist in the definition of payroll project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Work with consultants to develop a detailed payroll project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the payroll project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure payroll project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Pursue payroll process standardization and improvement in selecting global payroll solutions taking in consideration strategy, structure, process and technology
  • Track payroll project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
  • Resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist
