Job Description:
What will you be doing?
You will be working closely with the payroll and compliance team, ensuring that the payroll operations function and its processes are in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
No day is like any other day at Arrow, but usually you will be busy with facing to business and knowledge base for compliance issues, compliance overview and tracking, compliance audits, working with vendors to resolve any statutory issues, establishing and helping in implementation of internal control mechanisms, conducting trainings for the payroll organization, checking statutory mailbox.

Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in payroll/finance areas; excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem solving skills. You are able to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced, deadline driven environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
