Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Paid Search Specialist in our Centennial, Colorado location. This specialist position will work on the paid media team within the Arrow Digital Group. Applicants must be well-versed in search engine advertising, have broad experience managing e-commerce paid search accounts, and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the operational management of all Arrow Paid Search Accounts
  • Work with other team members to define and execute bidding strategies, campaign tactics, and effective tests
  • Leverage data to effectively identify opportunities or issues
  • Report on paid search performance activity towards expected performance outcomes
  • Work through initiatives and tasks related to paid search operations
  • Collaborate with local and global staff to execute paid search initiatives and tasks
  • Leverage AdWords (Google Ads), Doubleclick (Search Ads 360) and other tools to effectively manage and execute daily tasks
  • Successfully manage large and complex paid search accounts across multiple search engines
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • College degree, degree in marketing or advertising preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns and accounts
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo Gemini and Search Ads 360 (certifications preferred Google Ads, Bing Ads & Google Analytics)
  • Proven ability to meet expected outcomes and deadlines
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience presenting reporting and analysis (Tableau preferred but not required)
  • Process- and detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate
  • Proven ability to look at business problems and discover analytical solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills / multi-tasking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup & Pivot tables)
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Google Slides & Google Sheets (Google Sheet Pivot tables)
