At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Automation Manager in our Centennial, Colorado location.

The Marketing Automation Manager will drive strategy, implementation and execution for all email & marketing automation initiatives within the Arrow Digital Group. The responsibilities of the role include: ownership of all email communications, campaign management to drive engagement & revenue, lead scoring for sales pipeline, and overall ownership of Eloqua for marketing automation and reporting.

This position works directly with internal stakeholders and manages a team to develop the strategies and tactics best suited to meet sales goals, lead qualification needs and overall goals of the Arrow Digital Group. The ideal candidate for the Marketing Automation Manager role will have a strong proficiency in direct response marketing, personalization, lead nurturing, with an exhibited comprehension of ecommerce marketing and lead management.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop & manage team to meet email channel revenue targets for multiple web properties, driving to overall business forecasts
  • Develop long-term strategic vision for the email marketing program.
  • Plan and execute strategies to drive global email growth and engagement, including lead nurturing programs.
  • Manage ongoing operations of email marketing program, including: email calendar, frequency, email production, performance, and reporting.
  • Overall ownership of email communications, including branding guidelines, email voice, quality, and results.
  • Manage & optimize lead management program, working with marketing & sales to deliver high-quality leads via Program will include lead nurturing, lead scoring, and delivering qualified sales pipeline.
  • Test and optimize marketing automation program to continuously improve KPIs, including revenue, open rates, click-to-open rate, unsubscribe rates.
  • Provide ongoing internal reporting for Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain expert opinion on relevant email related regulation (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR), through partnership with internal compliance experts, solution providers and independent research
  • Foster and maintain cross-functional partnerships to improve audience communications, deepen knowledge base and leverage organizational insights
  • Manage and develop vendor relationships with marketing technology solution providers and service providersREQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, similar degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical email-marketing role, preferably at an ecommerce company.
  • Experience with Eloqua
  • Ability and desire to take charge of projects to drive business results and to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
  • Strong analytic marketing orientation that regularly tests, refines, and optimizes email marketing campaigns, applying data analysis, marketing expertise, and experience to deliver exceptional results
  • Strong email marketing skills, including experience with testing design, customer segmentation, tracking, and interpreting results.
  • Working knowledge of web analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong project management; detail-oriented and highly organized; proactive
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills to organize and present campaign results.
  • Experience working with is preferred.
  • Experience in other email marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • Adobe Suite of Products a plus

Principal Accountabilities
• Contributor to strategic marketing programs, with guidance from senior marketing leader. Serves as an expert within marketing and resource for best practices, and mentorship of junior team members.
• Manage and execute programs/initiatives, including online & offline marketing tactics. Work closely with any teams or vendors involved in marketing programs/initiatives/campaigns.
• Manage marketing program/initiative/campaign budget(s). Ensure marketing plan is implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; recommend or redirect strategies as needed.
• Works independently to support strategic marketing programs, bringing specialized knowledge and best practices to the team to identify and develop solutions.
• Champion Arrow's value proposition and brand to customers.

Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
