At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Mgr., Log/VA Operations/RMA in our Phoenix, AZ location.

This role will manage employees and processes related to the order fulfillment process for the Post Production Service center and RMA process. Work with supervisors, leads and employees to meet and exceed service level, quality, and productivity goals. Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiencies and quality, which may involve utilization of CPI processes. Work with functional groups within the facility to drive system integrity and to insure inventory accuracy. Work with customers and sales as appropriate to resolve issues and drive internal and external customer satisfaction.


  • Develop and manage staff, including resources allocation
  • Analyze and implement process improvements
  • Review financials for areas of improvement
  • Customer problem resolution and requests
  • Inventory analysis and system integrity
  • Drive RMA metrics and improvements to attain department goals
  • Create and maintain proactive reporting that supports customer service goals
  • Other duties as assigned


  • College degree or equivalent experience and training
  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Proven ability to provide direction, motivate and develop a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Understanding of P&L
  • Distribution and manufacturing experience
  • Problem resolution and solution development skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of organization
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
