Summary:

At present, A. E. Petsche Company has an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Manager in our Arlington, TX location. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales efforts of the A. E. Petsche sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the strategic and sales objectives for the territory and creates tactical solutions to meet/exceed objectives.
  • Actively enhances team through recruiting, hiring and development.
  • Sets the team direction and priorities and is accountable for team performance including sales & market share growth.
  • Serves as the sales territory point person for strategy, problem resolution and escalated issues.
  • Interfaces with Suppliers and Customers and participates in quarterly business reviews.
  • Works with Suppliers and Customers to create and deliver quotes to win profitable business.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience and training
  • Outstanding organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise conceptual thinking for complex situations
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Prior knowledge & experience with financial/profitability concepts & models
  • Strong PC skills & knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Sales Experience Required

Experience and knowledge of high performance interconnect products
