At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Project Manager within Arrow’s Global Logistics Supply Chain Services team. This position focuses on enabling profitable growth by understanding customer needs, creating solutions to meet those needs, and successfully managing the implementation of awarded contracts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform discovery with customers to identify needs and opportunities
  • Qualify opportunities, recommend value proposition, and design service solutions
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to provide comprehensive service solutions
  • Collect and interpret volume and transactions to drive cost models
  • Model supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and financials for proposal
  • Executive presentation and stakeholder management
  • Develop project plans to include timelines, resources, dependencies, milestones, and action tracking to achieve successful completion of project on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and drive resources for implementation while quickly resolving issues
  • Effectively communicate across global regions and business units
  • Global Travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years related project management, logistics, and customer relations
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Logistics enviroments Preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to guide, persuade, and influence others internally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Supply chain certification preferred
