  • Investigate and handle customer complaints and non-compliance issues, 8D reporting
  • Maintain ISO system in warehouse
  • Handle ISO audit, supplier and customer audit
  • Monitor and analyze operational and quality KPI
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve process improvement in logistics
  • Develop and implement guidelines/ procedures to control and improve the operation efficiency and quality
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

  • Higher Diploma in logistics, manufacturing or quality related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience
  • Familiar with ISO9001 and 14001, with TAPA knowledge will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, independent, good communication and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
