Job Description:
Job Accountabilities

  • Directs and coordinates the movement of all inbound, practices and procedures allowing this individual to provide support to internal and external customers in determining cost-effective, timely and handle compliant case
  • Works with forwarder to smooth the cargo movement
  • Coordinates the movement of drop shipments, and processes the receiving and shipping information through the ERP system
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Complexity
  • Middle level job with prior relevant training or work experience
  • Handle and follow up urgent receiving / orders
  • Liaise with internal & external team to achieve KPI
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in supply chain or logistics management
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Good command on both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
