Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Daily logistics operation (customer shipments, return, logistic issue handling, etc with 3PL)
- High priority of urgent shipments support
- Responsible for shipment scheduling and planning
- Liaison and coordination with shipping team and freight Forwarders
- Processing of shipping documents and Process improvement
- Handling of logistics related outbound matters
What We Are Looking For
- F.5 graduate or above
- Be attentive, patient, hard-working and obliging.
- Competence on problem solving
- Capability to work out proposal or solution when encounter the issue.
- Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint
- Easy-going and well communication skill
- 2-3 years related working experience
- Good command of English and Chinese
