Job Accountability

  • Daily logistics operation (customer shipments, return, logistic issue handling, etc with 3PL)
  • High priority of urgent shipments support
  • Responsible for shipment scheduling and planning
  • Liaison and coordination with shipping team and freight Forwarders
  • Processing of shipping documents and Process improvement
  • Handling of logistics related outbound matters

Job Requirements

  • Be attentive, patient, hard-working and obliging.
  • Competence on problem solving
  • Capability to work out proposal or solution when encounter the issue.
  • Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint
  • Easy-going and well communication skill
  • 2-3 years related working experience
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • F.5 graduate or above
