The Leasing Coordinator II is primarily responsible for financing support and customer service activities per assigned program coverage. Responsibilities include (but is not limited to) lease account audit and reconciliation, forecasting, portfolio management, serving as the escalation point for any back office issue that may arise, and verification of vendor disbursements. Frequently interacts and works closely with Leasing Reps, Sales, Financial Services, AP, resellers, and vendors. This role is process/operations oriented and supports the Financial Sales function.


Invoicing: Work closely with Leasing Reps, Sales, Financial Services, vendors, and resellers in collecting all required details necessary to generate and submit invoices to lease vendors which initiate the funding process.

Training & back up: Provide training to new Coordinators. Back up Leasing Reps as requested and Manager for matters related to the deal desk. Provides management with process improvement recommendations. May lead or support special project as requested by management.

Problem resolution: Serves as deal desk escalation point for second level support issues and questions. Assist with leasing related accounts receivable issues as requested by Financial Services, resellers and vendors.

Tracking & Support: Work closely with Leasing Reps on a per transaction basis ensuring timely document turnaround and providing deal status updates for Rep forecasting.

Portfolio Management: Maintain portfolio database, and generate end of lease portfolio reports for install base lead generation and opportunity mining. Report recipients include the Leasing group, sales, and resellers.

Forecasting: Utilize financial sales opportunity data to provide updates on quoting/contract activities primarily in the Arrow private label space.

Special projects: Perform special projects as assigned.


3 – 5 years experience in a leasing and/or financing solutions institution.

High volume contract processing in a leasing environment a plus.

A general knowledge of lease and finance accounting implications, as well as a basic command of financial tools e.g. financial calculator is required.

Must have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Excel. Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com a plus.

Requires an intermediate level of verbal and written communication skills.

Requires basic mathematical skills and use of financial calculator to determine interest rates etc.
