With a commitment to shared leadership, Arrow has an environment that fosters growth and development.At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager within our digital group.As a Key Account Manager, you will take overall ownership of digital key accounts. This position will focus on business growth of assigned key customers. A Key Accounts Manager is the single point of contact (SPOC) for large Arrow digital customers. Serving as a Global or National Accounts Manager, this position creates selling opportunities within specified strategic customer accounts by creating strategic relationships with top management. Responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Grow business and create selling opportunities with Arrow digital key customers through implementing sales strategies and defining a strategic sales plan and processDevelop and manage effective relationships with assigned customers.Develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets such as revenue and profitability targets and ensure all targets and KPIs are met for the assigned customersDirectly initiate/participates in the review and negotiation of significant contracts.Act as customer point of contact for RFQ, order placement, problem solving and quoting coordination.Be accountable for on-going Sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process and act as the first point of escalationEffectively Collaborate with Operations/marketing/inventory and other Arrow teams in order to meet account objectives and customers' expectationsAttend and support as required regular business reviews both with the customers and internally.EDUCATION:-College or aboveBasic qualifications:College graduate, preferably majoring in electronic engineering (电子技术/电子工程专业背景)at least 5 years key account management experience in electronic components industryCan undertake high job pressure with an aggressive and pioneer spirit Proven track record of sales performance and meeting targetsGood business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunitiesStrong in driving for results and achievement of targetsExcellent relationship building and customer orientedStrong analytical and problem solving skillsHigh level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasksGood communication skills suitable for both internal and external communitiesCan effectively cope with change and be comfortable with ambiguityAbility to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environmentWilling to work in a challenging and multicultural environmentEnglish mandatory both verbal and writtenPreferred qualifications:-Previous digital key account management or industry experience-Previous experience in the electronics distribution business or electronics manufacturer
