Job Description:
Responsibilities:1. Grow business and create selling opportunities with Arrow digital key customers through implementing sales strategies and defining a strategic sales plan and process2. Develop and manage effective relationships with assigned customers.3. Develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets such as revenue and profitability targets and ensure all targets and KPIs are met for the assigned customers4. Directly initiate/participates in the review and negotiation of significant contracts.5. Act as customer point of contact for RFQ, order placement, problem solving and quoting coordination.6. Be accountable for on-going Sales support activities for the Order to Invoice process and act as the first point of escalation7. Effectively Collaborate with Operations/marketing/inventory and other Arrow teams in order to meet account objectives and customers'expectations8. Attend and support as required regular business reviews both with the customers and internally.EDUCATION:College or aboveBasic qualifications:1. College graduate, preferably majoring in electronic engineering (电子技术/电子工程专业背景)2. at least 5 years key account management experience in electronic components industry3. Can undertake high job pressure with an aggressive and pioneer spirit 4. Proven track record of sales performance and meeting targets5. Good business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities6. Strong in driving for results and achievement of targets7. Excellent relationship building and customer oriented8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills9. High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks10. Good communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities11. Can effectively cope with change and be comfortable with ambiguity12. Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment13. Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment14. English mandatory both verbal and writtenPreferred qualifications:1. Previous digital key account management or industry experience2. Previous experience in the electronics distribution business or electronics manufacturer
