Inventory Control Administrator

This position performs a variety of inventory, warehouse and clerical duties around the operations of the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Cycle Counts on a periodic basis
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies/ audit locations as needed
  • Make systematic adjustments as needed
  • Communicate with Sales and Warehouse staff regarding inventory issues
  • Assist distribution Staff and Warehouse Leads to ensure daily company objectives and goals are accomplished
  • Record part number dimensions and weight as needed
  • Special projects
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Complete daily duties within the assigned time limits for specified tasks
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent training
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Detailed orientated
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to drive a forklift and/or stock picker
  • Ability to focus on detailed information accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
