Senior Inside Sales - Virtualization

As a Senior Inside Sales - Virtualization , you will play a fundamental role in achieving Arrow's sales and revenue growth objectives. You will be closely working with our partners (VMware, Citrix, Veeam and others) and internal Business Development team, in order to provide the strategic service and support to assigned customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customers.
  • Maximize margins, gain market share, and drive value added solution selling.
  • Working on quoting, fulfilling demand, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing engineering support, and trouble-shooting other customer problems.
  • Function as key liaison between suppliers and customers to build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow.
  • Development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory.
  • Responsible for on-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
  • Owns the customer interface for backend Quality processes: corrective actions, Field Quality Reports.
  • Owns and Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.
  • Owns the customer interface for important Credit and Financial Information as well as coordination of all available resources and support functions.
  • Sell and drive Solutions Selling within the approved account level strategy. Requires


Your profile:
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales sector
  • Willingness to grow and develop knowledge in the Value-Added Sales and IT sector
  • Excellent communication skills and ideally some knowledge on the Virtualization brands
  • Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology
  • Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload
  • Very good English, Dutch and French language
  • Ability to cooperate and to work within the team
