Position:Inside Sales Representative I - immixGroup

Job Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responds to all requests from government customers, partners and clients for quotes within 2-4 hours

Processes orders and track shipments in CRM accurately

Updates and maintains detailed notes on pipeline activities

Process large volumes of quotes and orders on a daily basis

Updates and manages data in CRM and other systems

Communicates and ensure satisfaction with clients, partners, and government customers

Builds and maintains professional business relationships with partners, clients and customers

Resolve customer discrepancies or complaints

Updates team work instructions and order tracking documents

Contribute to completion of quarterly analytics spreadsheet and presentations

Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

BA/BS Degree with 0 - 1 years client services/customer service or other relevant work experience

Or 2+ years of other relevant work or military experience can substitute in lieu of a degree
