Job Description:
immixGroup is looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join its growing Sales Operations team. The Inside Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for processing quotes and orders for immixGroup's suppliers and partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responds to all requests from government customers, partners and clients for quotes within 2-4 hours
  • Processes orders and track shipments in CRM accurately
  • Updates and maintains detailed notes on pipeline activities
  • Process large volumes of quotes and orders on a daily basis
  • Updates and manages data in CRM and other systems
  • Communicates and ensure satisfaction with clients, partners, and government customers
  • Builds and maintains professional business relationships with partners, clients and customers
  • Resolve customer discrepancies or complaints
  • Updates team work instructions and order tracking documents
  • Contribute to completion of quarterly analytics spreadsheet and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
  • Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1-2 years of customer service or other relevant work experience.
