The successful candidate will work as part of the local and global IT support teams dedicated to ensuring the infrastructure is well maintained, secure and current. The team strives to add value and works with the business to evolve our systems to increase efficiency and revenue.

As part of a small, busy and motivated team, you will ensure IT requests, issues and problems are tracked and resolved in a timely manner. Project work is accurately scheduled, sized and tracked while adhering to all corporate change and security policies.

You should be a clear, concise communicator with astute analysis skills and high levels of technical initiative, able to work collaboratively with business and build good relationships across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Infrastructure support and administration, Server, Network and Client (BAU)
• Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing platform solutions
• Maintain support queues to our internal SLA's
• Collaborate with various cross functional teams to resolve issues and delver projects
• Manage hardware refresh of EoL equipment
• Collaborate and support business systems projects
• Lead IT project initiatives

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCSE/MCITP/MCSA Preferred)
  • 4+ years' in an infrastructure engineering role
  • High-Level VMWare (vSphere 6.x) and virtualization technologies, implementing, administering & supporting.
  • Solid understanding of networking TCP/IP
  • Strong Windows Server / Active Directory skills and experience (GPO, DNS, DFSR, DHCP)
  • Microsoft Office 365 user administration essential
  • Azure Administration and provisioning capability
  • Palo Alto Firewall knowledge preferred
  • Working knowledge of scripting languages. Particularly PowerShell.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to critical system failures. Experience with technical documentation.
  • SQL server administration knowledge favorable
  • Server hardware experience (Cisco UCS/HP Server/Blade technology), experience with Netapp, Pure storage solutions and shared storage technologies ideal
  • Experience with telephony solutions and Skype for Business
  • Experience of SOE deployment, image management and MDT

Standard Hours Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Occasional out-of-hours work as required.
