Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing

  • Manages operational requirements of development programs, learning fairs and teambuildings by providing event planning support including securing venue, coordinating catering, ordering materials, processing payments, etc.
  • Supports program participants with onboarding activities such as registration, pre-work, assessments, logistics questions, etc.
  • Manages and oversees events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, and communicating with internal and external partners.
  • Monitors program expenditures against budget.
  • Works with manager and vendors to develop and maintain all program collateral.
  • Runs reports related to program metrics such as eligibility, participation, and feedback.
  • Responds to enquiries about various regional HR events on the broader employee capability team.
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative requirements of digital learning platform including analyzing reports, uploading courses, creating curriculum and setting up digital learning communities.

What We Are Looking For
  • 4-year degree and 1-year work experience in at least one of the following areas: human resource, project/program management, event management, business operations
  • Required competency in MS applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to build cross-functional relationships and work effectively across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Growth mindset: Always learning, demonstrates curiosity, and seeks to grow in role
  • Highly organized and detail and deadline driven, ability to work on programs/ events with competing deadlines
  • Strong, creative problem-solving skills: Takes a broad perspective to problems, spots new, less obvious solutions
  • HR experience in learning and development would be a plus
  • HR platform experience such as Workday and Learning Management Systems a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
