- Provide application supports to internal end users
- Maintain knowledge base of technical helpdesk service, helpdesk procedures and system support and administration guideline
- Classification and troubleshooting of technical issues. Documenting them in helpdesk system, resolve issue and re-assign tasks to tech teams.
- Will collaborate and work with both remote teams and vendors.
