Job Description:

  • Provide application supports to internal end users
  • Maintain knowledge base of technical helpdesk service, helpdesk procedures and system support and administration guideline
  • Classification and troubleshooting of technical issues. Documenting them in helpdesk system, resolve issue and re-assign tasks to tech teams.
  • Will collaborate and work with both remote teams and vendors.
