Job Description:
Experience: 4-6 yrsLocation: BangaloreEducation: Any degree• Strong knowledge/Exp in Oracle Apps functional concepts/ SCM / Manufacturing / Distribution modules• Good exposure to Oracle Business System Support• First Level User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues• Proficient in Procure to Pay and Order to Cash flows and with strong functional knowledge on any of the core modules of Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance• Good written and verbal communication skills• Diagnose underlying issues and propose a work around where practical• Document and create KB articles on new resolutions• Acquires and maintains current knowledge of relevant product offerings and changes effected in order to provide accurate solutions to users.• Improves process flow and user documentation for Oracle Support and enhances user knowledge and competency• Willing to work in a 24/5 environment
