At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Compliance Analyst II in our Englewood, CO location.

The Financial Compliance Analyst II position reports to the Financial Compliance Manager and is responsible for identifying, documenting, testing (ensuring test results are properly documented and issues are appropriately raised) and remediating potential risk areas and supports the maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance. Research of various accounting policies and procedures, including technical accounting research to ensure the company is in compliance with US GAAP.

RESPONSIBILIITIES:

  • Identify, document, test and remediate potential risk areas and support the maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance.
  • Be able to articulate and communicate various accounting policies and procedures, including technical accounting research to ensure the company is in compliance with US GAAP
  • Become a liaison for internal and external audit engagements
  • Assist in the implementation of internal controls for acquisitions
  • Assist in cross-functional teams on accounting/finance special projects that will require gaining an understanding of the business, the processes that support the business and working with other Arrow personnel to discover the root cause of the issue and develop a reasonable solution
  • Provide training to individuals that assist with Sarbanes-Oxley control testing

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 2 – 4 years related experience
  • Efficient communication skills and ability to work with various levels of employees
  • Ability to work under general supervision in a fast-paced team environment under tight deadlines and with multiple priorities
  • Experience working with international subsidiaries and related accounting issues
  • Knowledge of and experience in accounting, auditing and SOX testing and analytical concepts
  • Proven problem resolution, analytical and decision making skills
  • Advanced MS-Office skills, preferred-Knowledge of Oracle e-business suite (11i)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

CPA, Masters in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
