Summary:

Job will be responsible for developing, tracking and reporting on key business health metrics covering Sales, factory operations, client satisfaction and financial metrics. Candidate will develop means to obtain metrics efficiently, present and recommend actions to senior management to improve the business.

The successful candidate has strong finance and business acumen and analytical abilities. The candidate must also have strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly across all business functions with global and senior management team. The candidate will need to be strong in using technology to report on key business health metrics (high proficiency CRM and factory operation tools desired). Key personal characteristics include motivation, attention to accuracy, customer service orientation, and drive to meet deadlines. The candidate must be able to work closely across all functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key performance metrics and targets for all business functions that will drive success.
  • Develop processes for tracking and reporting on the key metrics; leveraging a variety of systems.
  • Drive accountability and resolution of metrics.
  • Present and recommend actions based on metric results.
  • Position will have worldwide reporting responsibilities and report into the group Finance Director. This role will also include assisting the worldwide finance team in projects and reporting.
  • The analyst must be comfortable working with large amounts of data and be able to understand key business drivers at both the micro and macro level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent degree required
  • 5-7 years related experience, preferably with a strong background in analysis
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships among cross functional organizations
  • Ability to initiate and drive change within and across teams
  • Strong interpersonal and influential skills
  • Knowledge of Sales Force software.
  • Proficiency in using technology (CRM, Shop Floor tools, Microsoft suite)
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Ability to design and implement new processes
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
